'Cuz Rocks Are Just Boring

<long story>
While I was camping, my dad dropped me off from the boat on a small island in the middle of a huge lake. (I did this twice on 2 different islands; this is also where most of my camping sketches were done). My grandmother had asked me to draw some of the beautiful scenery around the lake, so I had a go at it by drawing the island off the coast of the one I was on. I got so damn bored I had to stop after a while. Then I started drawing the rocks and stones where my feet were. That got boring too, so this time I pushed myself to finish and then added some extra stuff.

<rant>
Out of the things I have difficulty drawing like: anything female, architecture, wings, vehicles (planes, trains, automobiles, motorcycles, bikes, ships, you name it), super realism, LANDSCAPES are the most tedious --more so than super realism since landscapes should be realistic/detailed and (to me) aren't as interesting as a person drawn with the same amount of attention.
